Am I the only one who has cooled greatly on BYU? I could go along with BYU, Air Force, and New Mexico. But I think we need to go either east or west with expansion, not both. I want those three, or Louisville, UCF, and USF.
We need to work things out in our conference before expanding, but after that I'm ok with expanding back to 12.

On the BYU front, I thought I'd share something that I heard like a week ago. That's that if the Big 12 does expand to only 10, Louisville is ahead of BYU on the pecking order.

Who knows if that is true or not. Just a rumor I heard that I found interesting. Personally, I think that getting back to 12 is crucial. Getting that 4th non-con game back is vital for Iowa State football IMO.

Watching you try to hide your anit-ISU boner is starting to get old.
I cant stand the guy. Such anti-ISU crap, its amazing he can still post on this site. But again, he does not comment on the *** kicking his Hawks took two weeks ago.

Why would Louisville be ahead of BYU?

This conference will be back to 12 teams. Sounds like Beebe was the one that convinced the 10 teams last year that it was not advantageous to expand, I think he and that concept are out the door now.

I agree - we need twelve. The conference is to vulnerable with anything less

CW does not want this thread to die. He's stoking it himself now.

I agree. If the goal is to eventually get back to 12 we should be expanding East not West.

Even if the B12 holds together, we should offer the Big East football schools a place. That way when the stable conferences poach more of our teams we have some cushion.

There was a lot of talk on the Sirrius channel 91 - college sports- today that Missouri is still likely to leave the Big XII. Of course, they've been wrong on everything they've talked about up to this point. Basically yesterday talking about the UT, TTU, OU, and OSU to the PAC. And how it was going to work out. And that Missouri would be accepting an invite to the SEC sometime this week.

Keep listening to that channel, it seems to me they love throwing **** against a wall.

Hell, from all the sources I listen to, CF has been the best place for information from all of them. More of these shows need to look at CF if they really want to be on top of the realignment talks.

huh? All anyone did here (and any message board) was restate what they read somewhere else or gave their opinion on what they hoped happen.

CyBer--Don't let anyone discourage you from panic. This is America!!!!

We panic when we decide to panic! Nobody tells us what to do!!!!

Although this Pac-12 thing is making panic difficult. All my panic hopes rest on Mizzou, and they're not going anywhere.

I was listening to channel 13 a couple of days ago, and they were talking about what was going on with the Big12 and everything they were saying was already a day old and moved on from that rumor. CW was even in a clip.
