Maybe not what your looking for, but currently I'm overweight at 340 at 6'3. I decided I wanted to do something about it. I was at 370, started with eating right and walking. At 340 I decided to go with a program more towards Cardio as opposed to muscle building. So I picked up the Turbofire DVDs cheaply on Amazon. That was 5 weeks ago. I'm only down to 335, however I have lost 4 inches off of waist. My legs and arms are becoming more and more defined everyday. This is in part to the resistnace band training that is included in the Turbofire schedule. Nothing like P90X has you do, but still a good amount for an overweight guy.
There are some drawbacks. I'm pretty convinced that this program was designed with chicks in mind, there are guys they use as examples in the video...but still.
HOWEVER.
Most of the women in the videos wear Yoga pants. So its not all too bad. :yes:
I've been finishing my sessions with Mikes Mix recovery drink. Which is better tasing (imo) and far cheaper than the p90X stuff.
