Next time I go out with my wife, I am going to sit on the same side just to see what she does.

If I did that, my wife would love it. She still doesn't understand why I always grab the seat ACCROSS the table from her. Much easier to look at and talk.

I understand that you people are programmed by society to have this opinion. It's perfectly fine to be a sheep, I get it.

You should try it, just once, try to do things that you want to do without worrying about what other people think. You might like it.

GFs who think you should be sitting beside them have insecurity issues IMO. 90 degrees is fine for a table, but booth should be across from ea other. Same side is fine when you're with another couple though--chances are the dudes want to talk w/ each other and so do the girls.

I used to have a lot of respect for you until you started spouting this crazy stuff...

Sitting right across from each other is too businesslike, IMO. I like the 90 degree angle when sitting at a table, but in a booth I prefer straight across because same side in a booth is really strange.

Apparently, I have some work to do in figuring out what is acceptable to post here.

I've seen some naughty things posted without any problems, but I bring jibbers into the mix & my post is deleted?! Nice...

Just have to grease the right palms....figuratively speaking of course.

The only thing worse than same side sitters is when the lady sits in the middle seat of a regular cab truck.
I drive a truck without a back seat and my wife sits in the middle all the time. Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes my other wife gets jealous that she has to sit in the passenger seat, but hey I can't keep 'em all happy.

Hmm, seems women like to do this because my girlfriend used to do this until I had her properly trained.
