I'm not a Celtics fan, but that could end up being a good spot for him.

What were the 4 teams he was going to work out for? Have to think the team promising would be higher than them or he would probably keep working out.

Then again they could say we will take you only if you stop working out with other teams.

Interesting.

I can't fathom this. If he's available they aren't going to pass on him just because he worked out with other teams.

Who is Chad Ford? And should we really care what he said?

He gives the list in the CCL interview last night. I think Atlanta was first and Boston was in the list. I don't remember the other two.

In the CCL interview last night, Royce talked about the "politics" of the combine, particularly how some guys show up, some sit out, and others don't even show up. He said he thought everyone came and took part.

If the rumor is true, maybe he has decided that his stock doesn't really go up if he does any more workouts.

That may be true now, but Tinsley was considered a top 15 pick back in 2001 and decided to not do any workouts and fell to the bottom of the first round.

I wonder how much advice he's getting from CFH these days. I hope he at least consulted with CFH before pulling out of any scheduled workouts if what is written in this thread is true.

I've always seen Boston as a landing spot for him...he'll be the new class taking over for the big 3 breaking up. money is on Allen retiring. Garnett is iffy and Pierce prolly a few more years.

Rondo & White...could be interesting to say the least

If Garnett and Allen are both done Boston could suck next year.

In the East a .500 team makes the playoffs. Rondo, Pierce, and White might be a good enough team to at least be in the conversation. A lot can happen when you have one of the best PGs in the league.
