I don't care where Royce ends up. All I know is, after being drafted, Royce's NBA jersey will be the first basketball jersey I buy since Jordan.

If a team really told him they'd take him if he's available, I'd put my money on that.

The 18th pick range, home town, and Hoiberg connection all make sense.

Even with Love, the TWolves need a guy with upside to make themselves relevant, they need somebody who could potentially become a star. At 18th Royce will be as good or better than any other options in terms of upside.

My only concern w/Mpls is that is where he got in trouble, its where he grew up & where his childhood friends live. That can present more troubles than say Ames where he got a fresh start.... Hopefully he has the strength to move past that but typically its hard to leave your bros behind

I think he goes lottery, I take what boston said as: if you don't go lottery we will guarantee we will pick you up. I don't think he slides that far down though. I think he is done working out, because he knows he is going lottery or at least top 21, so why keep working out. It is pointless.

Maybe he wants to go to a decent team which is not in first ten for drafting....

The Celtics would be nice landing spot since they've won 17 championships. Plus it's a guarantee I'll be able to watch him on TV every once in awhile.

Royce helped your wife pick out underwear???

Sorry...to clarify...he was in the men's underwear section and she walked by.

Although, I suppose he'd be on my short list of folks who could help my wife pick out her underwear.

That would be cool to see him in Boson or Minnesota. Cleveland would be an interesting spot too. It would be kind of cool if Cleveland got Barnes and White.

I'm not trying to be negative towards Royce but do people in Minneapolis, beyond the people he knows personally like him. Seems like they could be bitter about him leaving Minnesota given their last few years, and our year last year with him.

I think he will be under a much higher level of scrutiny if he goes to Twolves.

Unless White is going to let you wear his jersey on off days, what difference does it make what team takes him? He's going to get drafted. He's going to make a lot of money. That is awesome. Maybe I'd care more if I had an NBA team. I just like to see Iowa State guys make it; could not care less about who they play for.

I dont think it is unreasonable to want him on a certain team. I think we all want him to do well first and foremost, but if he can be wearing a cool bulls uniform rather than an ugly *** jazz one, then that will make it much better for me to buy his jersey and wear it.

I dont have anything against the jazz other than their uniforms blow.

I suppose I'm not certain, but if sarcasm was not the case, then cycloneSOULja's post was the dumbest I've ever read.

The dumbest post you read was the guy I quoted. To imply that Royce is just free balling out there and not talking with Hoiberg LOL

I've been saying for a while that whatever team Royce ends up with is my new favorite NBA team. This year was a wash, so I got to cheer for OKC for about 3 weeks.

Can't wait to find out who my favorite NBA team is.
