That's a good guess....i didn't notice till this morning it does appear to be a person on the right side. Probably Rhoads......
Why would they be welcoming CPR? You would think it either has to be Walters or Bowlsby, as they are the only people ISU could really be welcoming.
I was thinking it was more of a "Welcome to Cyclone Country" or some type of thing like that, but yeah...if it's a "welcome aboard" type of thing, not sure. I would guess it'd be Bowlsby and not Walters.

The one in CR is going to be in the same spot the last one was, so you see it when driving down to IC, and the one on University is literally only blocks away from UNI's campus.
Unless the "to Cyclone Country" is significantly smaller font then the "Welcome", No.
How else would you interpret it? Its not like ISU expects Bowslby to randomly be driving around Iowa hoping he sees it.
They'll see it that way. Anything with an ISU logo in Eastern Iowa is deemed offensive to their way of life. I'm sure they are talking about how they are going to take it down right now just like they did with the last one.
