175 is pretty big for a high school sophomore, regardless of their height.Because weight and strength (at least the lack of) are irrelevant for a kid who is 15 years old. When he's 18, or better yet 19, and he's still skinny/ weak - it's a relevant comment.
For the record, he could be strong for his weight. You shouldnt just assume he's a weakling.
