If this rumor turns out to be correct, one would think it would be good news for us. If he committed to Iowa State before the big Michigan game Hilton would go nuts!!! There is another scenario where he could commit to UNLV unfortunately and thus cancelling the official visit with us..

Said he will be making his commitment November 11th, didn't say where. That could mean that he and ESPNU have something in the works. Not necessarily that he's going to UNC.

Also, just because he may commit somewhere else November 11th doesn't mean he wouldn't come here. It would just mean we would need to rock his socks off that much more.

If he commits on Nov. 11th he sure as hell isn't visiting us on the 17th. Unless, of course, he commits to us.

This rumor is being circulated by "UNCTweets". So one just assumes that automatically means he is committing to North Carolina. Not necessarily true. And the entire rumor could be horse hockey!

UNCTweets also tweeted this, "RT if you want Vaughn to come to UNC." I'm not saying this account is full of crap or anything but that tweet I listed seems more like a childish/fan account than an account with insider information.

I searched "Rashad Vaughn" on twitter, and nothing else related him to Nov. 11th commitment date except for this guys tweet. No idea how solid of a source this guy is.

Quite honestly, I am starting to think the source is really not that reliable, and could very well be some delusional Tar Heel nut operating it!

I just don't see why you guys would expect him to cancel his visits since he's committed to us. Lazard still goes places.

This source is a fan twitter account..no affiliation with the program..while maybe he does get some insider information..i highly doubt he has the inside scoop on something that has been so secret and hard to get any news on like the recruitment of Rashad Vaughn. The twitter account has no liability for posting something like this, thus he could tweet something like this to get views/followers/ect.

I wouldn't read too much into it.
