I know this is a message board and we are allowed to melt down, but the number of posters that consistently give up on this team during the middle of a game is astounding.

I'll also say that it is awfully fun to having winnign basketball again at Iowa State. Iowa State has never been 13-0. Never.

1940-41.

also, Fred is two wins away from bringing ISU back to .500 overall. 1251-1253.

think Niang will end in top 10 ISU career points?

Hogue's game has been sick all year. Today he himself was ill but still grabbed 7 boards. Think he gets 4 or 5 from a hospital bed. Good win & nice to see others contribute in different ways (Naz rebounding, etc)

TV announcer made the comment that ISU was trying to play "hero ball" during TT comeback. Thought that myself and I'm less than a basketball pundit.

It'll be interesting to hear why Hogue wasn't playing in the 2nd half once someone decides to divulge that information.

They were also saying that Hogue should never shoot that three, and that height is what we will struggle against in Big 12 play numerous times. Obviously, they use the same scouting people that Notre Dame uses.

Kane is arguably the MVP of the season (in a very close race).

One thing about him, though, does anyone else notice how a lot of his passes are often not quite on the mark? A lot of his long, push the ball up the court passes are marginal at best and even some short ones are off enough to throw the receiving player off. Guys often can't quite get shots off because they have to stop to collect the ball. Nitpicking, but just an observation.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Hogue pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Hogue? Hogue? Hogue?

One of these days they will be right though and they will be all over saying how they knew it and they were right all along and yadda yadda yadda and I'll puke.

I like this teams fight, that's for sure, but it's amazing how cold they can get at times. I heard on the radio, not sure if it was Walters or not, that we were 2-15 to start the second half. I think it was about 7:30 into the second half at that point. At that same time, Tech was shooting light out. 4-4 from 3 as well. Hopefully we are saving our complete game for Kansas.

Based on sample size of their fan base at the game, it is my conclusion that these entries are all from the same poster who made 4 different accounts.

Is anyone else tired of hearing how our lack of size will be a problem for us during conference play? The announcer must of said it 20 times today. It's not like we're any smaller than we were last year.

This and, it probably goes hand in hand, "If you guys aren't making 3's you have no game at all."

The worst was when 5 seconds before they made a lack of size comment they had noted that TT had to go small to match up with us.
