Nice theory, but that wouldn't happen. If a recruit said "I am 100% committed to Kentucky" or whoever it is, it would be a waste of money to even still try especially when he says "I'm announcing it in 4 days."

Just wear your cup guys to be safe. Either way, we know Fred will put a quality team on the court.

Actually it happens all the time. Coaches always try last ditch attempts to get big recruits to commit.

Yeah but vaughn could be the difference between a conference championship and a national championship

They actually spend the money and time once a recruit says "I'm 100% committed to ____. Sorry coach"?

I'm aware of that, and persistence counts for something, but meh. Anyway, now there's a rumor the staff was not in Vegas and surprised that he's announcing..

I heard a rumor that Rashad told Fred that if he could get a score higher than 100 in Flappy Bird, then he would commit this weekend

Believe me or don't. Hoiberg was supposed to go to Vegas last night. Came to Ames with the team because of weather. Still think this is good news.
