Pretty weak year for DPOY. I'm not sure he was the best defender, in B12 play, on his own team. Embiid played only 50% of KU's B12 minutes - so his defensive impact just wasn't that huge - but I'm not sure who deserves it otherwise.

I hate the DPOY award because it always seems to go to shot blockers and I think there are better measures of defense.
