There has been overwhelming demand for our current endzone seating, so a raise in the price of those tickets is justified for those sitting down there outside of the endzone club. There will probably be twice as much demand now for north endzone hillsides, due to the south end becoming unavailable, which also justifies a fairly steep increase in the price of those tickets.
IMO, the pricing will be oriented around getting people to want to sit in the grass and endzones less and the upper corners more. If there's a $200-$250 season ticket option with a seat inside the stadium, it's going to be in the corners, (that is, unless JP moves opposing fans up there, which is what I would do if I were in charge. No way should those ****** get to guns up and boomer sooner and hook em right at field level.) The Endzone Club will take care of itself, because added amenities mean value. But many of those tickets will come at the expense of tickets in other donor sections, so people will be getting the first real opportunity in years to move themselves into different seating/giving slots in the stadium. But this is a good thing. It will take a few seasons to get it all to shake out, just like it does anywhere else.
People will adjust their giving accordingly. We're not mouth breathing Hawk fans here.
