Or a home game with Oklahoma State as I think they will be bad.

Good call. At any rate I'm happy with the bulk of our marquee games ending up on weeknights. It's much easier to pace the living room like a lunatic if the kids are in bed by tip-off.

The thing I like about it is that three straight weeks should really stick out in the minds of viewers, and hopefully recruits. I feel like if you played three weeks but it was split up evenly over the season, it wouldn't be as noticeable. Being on Big Monday every week for 3 weeks in a row lead viewers (read: recruits) to start thinking, "Damn, these guys are getting a ton of attention." My hope anyway.

Maybe KU @ ISU is on Saturday? That would be sweet for out of towners. It's been Big Monday games for last two years and haven't been able to make it there.

plus they'll be able get into a routine for the short turn arounds. That's good, I think.

Getting one of the CBS slots would be cool. How many of those does the Big 12 typically get per season? Can't be more than one or two.
Sounds about right. I remember Oklahoma State at Kansas being 1 last year and Texas having 1 in the non-conference. Not sure if there was another one.

I think this is a very good point.

Agree although tough teams don't care about logistics. They just ball and win.

And really, ISU's got nothing to lose on the 2 short turnaround games. @KU and @OU are probably games that a lot of people would predict as losses anyway. I kind of love it.

I just knew they would screw us with the trip to KU. I am sure we will be somewhere in Texas that Saturday just to make it that much harder.

I just wish we could have had our big games when the team is in a routine. I HATE going on the road for Monday games. We have the chance for a really special season and I want every advantage that we can get.

I assume the Gameday list is already set. It definitely has a Texas vs. KU matchup since neither of those games is a Big Monday game.

Anybody else a little surprised that WVU managed to snag a game? I suppose they still wanted to showcase Staten at least once, but still.
