Should I pickup the Steelers D against Cleveland, or stick with the Chiefs against Tennessee?

I'd be dropping Tannehill

I'm having a hard time deciding who to start at WR. My top options are Jordy, V Jax, Patterson, Wallace, and Kendall Wright. I wanna start Jordy since he was an early pick and is a great receiver. Plus he plays tonight and I'd like to have someone to watch. So I'm down to Jackson and CP for my second spot. I have a starting running back in my flex spot and I want to keep it that way.

WHO DO I START?! AARON RODGERS TONIGHT OR JAY CUTLER AGAINST THE BILLS?!?!

I'd start Cutler. The Seahawks D, especially their secondary, is something. I really like a healthy Cutler with the weapons he has in Forte, Marshall, Jeffrey and especially against the Bills.

And not his has nothing to do with having drafted Cutler has my starting QB...

In this order for week 1:

Wallace
Patterson
V Jax
Wright
Nelson

I have a few options for my flex this week in a non-PPR league:

DeAndre Hopkins vs Wash
Bishop Sankey vs KC
DeAngelo Williams vs TB
Jordan Matthews vs Jax
or Travis Kelce vs Ten

I'm currently considering them in that order. What do y'all think?

Patterson is your best play week 1. WR2 is a bit of a toss up for you but keep in mind Nelson had 2 catches for 19 yards the last time he played against Seattle.

Um what?!? Jordy is the primary wr now and he'll still get his numbers with Rodgers at QB against the seahawks. You have to start him as he was an early pick and will get his points. I've never been a fan of Wallace. Even though Patterson is going against a good Rams D, I'd say him or Jackson.

As I said, Patterson is the best play of that group and WR2 is a bit of a tossup. Just because I had him fifth on the list doesn't mean he's really far down on the list. Those other four are in a bunch together.

That's a bit confusing, because you said in this order week 1. Nelson was listed last. You had the worst wr listed first. If anything it should be grouped like this:

Nelson, Patterson, Jackson

Wright (sleeper)

Wallace

I'm fairly certain I'm going with Nelson and Patterson. Thanks for the input.

I agree. Patterson is the obvious choice. I'm biased because on one of my teams I have both Nelson and Patterson. One thing that makes me nervous (Packers fan) is if the refs be fair in calling penalties on what the league was targeting for the seahawk's cbs. If the corners hold as much as they did last year and it's not called, it could be a long frustrating night for me to watch. I still think Jordy can get short quick passes. Is your league PPR?

Jordy Nelson doesn't strike me as a "matchup proof" player that will get his numbers no matter who he plays. I am not sure I'd play anyone against the Seahawks defense unless I had a really terrible bench player behind him. With the Thursday night game in Seattle where they are likely hanging a Super Bowl banner I think I'd avoid an opponent going against that. That's just me.

Wallace could have a big week but Nelson will not. Just depends on if you want that risk. Wallace could put up big points because Miami will have to pass a lot to keep up with NE. Nelson will get targets but I don't see much potential for points.
