BYU and UCF seem to the be the no-brainers imo. The real snag with those choices is how to do the divisions.
One option would be the 4 Texas teams + 2 OK teams in one division but then the remaining division is a big hodge-podge. I think it'd make more sense to have one division with the Texas teams and another with the 2 OK teams (this could put Texas vs OK in the champ game which is ideal) UCF would go to the Texas division but what about the last team? Someone that didn't belong could end up there.
Just kill the idea of divisions, protect a rivalry game, and leave the rest up to a complicated algorithm. Top two teams play in the championship.
Because lopsided divisions is lame.
