Anybody? This is a good team, but can't win on the road or a neutral court. I'm very nervous for the Big 12 tourney and the NCAA Tourney.

They were *this* close to riding a 3 game losing streak into the Big 12 tourney last year, and struggled to beat KSU in first Big 12 tourney game. Not exactly on fire.

That said, for all the mockery of a team like Iowa backing into the NCAA's last year on these boards, ISU could very easily do something similar. They can't just automatically become a good defensive team. This is an a** kicking and might become fairly common during the last few games of the regular season.

Oklahoma isn't THAT good and they're playing ISU like a puppet.

You guys forget our road record last year and the previous so many years. We aren't an elite team by any means, which does suck, but we still have a chance at a nice year (sweet sixteen) that most would have been happy with when we started this year.

They took a 10 point lead because they shot out of their minds in the first half. The fact they were only up 10 being as hot as they were spelled trouble all the way. Those shots stopped falling, but they didn't clean up the rest of their game, hence a blowout.

Fred either needs to hire another true defensive minded coach like Sadler or change his defensive style. We always struggle on defense so we might as well either play a zone and conserve some energy or begin pressing because we are going to give up easy buckets regardless.

Bryce is the offense killer.......something about the way he turns it over just takes the air out of the team and gives the other teams 5, 6, 7, point runs on us after one of his crappy shots or turnovers. ug.

This team has just tonight played themselves into a second round NCAA tourney date with Duke on the "neutral" court of Charlotte, N.C......and I don't really feel sorry for them after seeing this **** poor free throw shooting and ***** defense.

Yep, we're screwed. I quit watching at 10:00 minutes to go in the game. Maybe that'll help us mount a come back-but I doubt it.

This. And I normally don't agree with you. This team will not get past the round of 32 and it'll be an early exit from Big 12 tourney.
