Not cy fan but but there was a thread a few years back on hawkeye nation titled: If Kirk Ferentz and Kenny O'Keefe were to write a book what would it be called?

I was in tears laughing at the titles they came up with

I just read the "Sitting or standing" thread. I......I don't know what to feel. Like, I feel bad inside. I feel like I should call my mother to tell her I love her. You're all animals.

Can you just imagine what Ames would be like if we ever won a title? OH. MY. GOD.

Just because of our past history with riots, I think they would call in every available police officer from the surrounding counties to help out the night of the NC game. Win or lose, just line those guys up near Welch.

The thread where a bunch of grown men completely melted down after LeBron won his second title and ended up getting perma banned because of it.

My favorite moment is probably the MASSIVE bipolar reaction to Fred being hired…then revisiting the thread over and over again to measure which posters were excited, measured and cautious, or off the rails crazy ticked off about it.

You won't find another topic where ISU fans were all across the board 1 to 100 on an ISU topic. Then you had the Creighton fan on KXNO laughing it up and Walters laying the smack down on him about the same time.

Nothing to worry about. If a riot did happen then Leath would cancel Men's Basketball. Solves everything.

The Godfather folklore went up to another level that evening.

I might even chime in with the Mafia game where two brothers played in the same house and claimed they didn't know either one was playing. If I remember correctly, they were on two separate teams and one was just ratting out players for the other.
