I might even chime in with the Mafia game where two brothers played in the same house and claimed they didn't know either one was playing. If I remember correctly, they were on two separate teams and one was just ratting out players for the other.

Which Game was that?

The time I laughed hardest might have been the argument that started out about kids throwing rocks from bridges on to cars in Des Moines...and then somehow evolved into an argument about how bad of a town Woodward or Granger is...can't remember who was involved in the thread but I remember reading it and laughing so hard!

ALSO...was AJPennyPacker on this site or the old one? That guy was the best!

AJ was on CR. I enjoyed him challenging people to arm wrestle over the internet. And his nicknames for Stinson and Blalock, Stink and Pickle. Too bad it never caught on. I have an idea who he could be on this site.

It wasn't until "Let me Mayor Coach" that I felt like I really understood what CF was about. That and cyber going to the airport during the conference realignment thread. We all knew Larry Scott was not on that plane, yet things were so crazy during realignment that everyone was straight out lying to each other and you didn't know what to believe.

This thread has me thinking about how life changes. Years ago I had a job with loads of free time and I had no kids and spent a ton of time on here. Now its hard to keep up between kids and job.

I am chuckling to myself over CyBer camped out at the airport because a bunch of strangers on the internet told him to. Too much fun, this little CF widget.

Another thread I enjoyed was the one about the poster who was hunting down the zodiac killer in his free time. Can't seem to find it anymore.

Oh, oh! This is my ALL time favorite: remember when Bruce VandeVelde posted on here? Oh my god, that was so weird/outstanding!

What was his username and what thread(s) did he post in?

Don't remember the user name but I thought it was close to his initials. Everyone knew it was him. I think he was defending a coach.

According to a former mod and friend (chadm), it was cy1225. I still have the PM in my history.

snowcraig forgetting his kid, and the sequel.
Pretty much this.
My favorite was when we had a get together at the Italian place in WDM (can't remember its name). Getting to put faces to screen names. Although I think some of the people there were not happy to meet me (it was during the days of "The thread that will not end" that I know the mods hated).
Was a great time! The F&Os location but at the time it was Bucca de beppo or whatever. Was great putting that together and getting "the Jeremy" out of his shell to meet people. :)

cy1225 - what a weak man.
In the Wayback machine:

- 22's spam on his satellite dish
- Monkeybrow's false identity, still here under a different name but doesn't realize we know it's him.
- Brianhos' snowpants
- Trying to convince people not to show at the airport for Chizik's final departure flight to protest him and his family
Ugh, wish one of those could be forgotten - but all others are gems.

A few to add..

- when people accused JeremyL (CF founder) and myself being the same person. And they were sure of it.
- the day the goat see photo got posted on here when there were not any mods around for a while. I had to put a space there because that word in correct form isn't even allowed anymore.
- the trolls we've had along the way. They make today's trolls look like kittens. Some had created upwards of 8+ accounts, circumventing pretty much all methods. Best troll name was tnucydoolb. Angie wasn't impressed.
