Where they love the governor
It's always amusing when someone gets fired and their desk has to be boxed up. It's like chum for the office sharks. You'd swear it was the last pad of sticky notes left on earth.

We usually have very well-supplied cabinets with all the office supplies you'd ever think you'd need (and nobody cares how much you take), but there are always a few items that they never have and never seem to want to reorder. Like staplers and tape dispensers. So when you have a new person show up, they have to use the ones by the copier until they can steal them from somebody else.

We had a Friday OT thread maybe a year or so ago with photos of your work area. It shocked me how many people actually had clean desks! I used to work with primarily guys, and that wasn't really their strong suit.

We can't have cluttered desks because we get constant clients and client auditors visiting. Our management and quality teams are constantly nagging us to keep our desks clean and no clutter on the cube floors or common work areas.

I have all of my meetings either in the field or in a conference room. As long as I can find what I need I am okay. If I lose something, it is time for a clean up.

Who takes Tuesdays off?!?! Friday is where it's at! 3 1/2 day weekend!

Yeah, I don't really know what I was thinking. It'll be nice for next week to only be three days, but I would have had a lot more fun hanging out outdoors today.
