I agree with you a hundred percent and if Prohm has success, he then will be the other side of ISUs coin when it comes to long term success and one hell of a recruiter. Look at the guys he is looking into in 2017 2018. So enjoy the ride it might be along/joyful one.

Nobody put this up yet so here talking go, I thought we went cold with him guess not.
@RyanJamesMN: 2017 forward Goanar Mar (@YounginGoanar) will have Iowa St in to see him this afternoon. N. Iowa saw Goanar and Gabe Kalscheur in morning

Don't want to derail this thread, but what's up w/ Indiana making final cuts for top talent in 2016? Just seems like Crean is a mess and may not be there long-term. Most surprised by IU making Bridges final 3.............what?

Crean has always been a good recruiter. He's just an awful coach.

It's Indiana. It's like the home of CBB. Basketball blue-bloodetry seems to be 4 LYF unlike football blue-bloodetry.

Fred was the big draw. He had been a pro and in the front office. These talented kids are playing for the pros, not college..

@RyanJamesMN: Iowa State's Steve Prohm was also at Champlin Park to see Theo John today (@Theojohn123). They want to see him in game action in December

I understand, but what about last year’s men’s NCAA Sweet 16 coaches? To my knowledge, neither Roy Williams, Mick Cronin, Scott Drew, Buzz Williams or Crean ever even played Division I Men's Basketball, let alone in the NBA. Being an outstanding coach has very little to do with personal achievement as a player in Division I or the NBA for that matter!
