I would say it will be either Washington or LA. I think Washington is a very good team imo so I think its probably a slight lean that way. But who knows, the lakers a hard to pass up imo.

I think it used to be that way when Jerry Buss was still alive, Jerry West was running the front office, and a player had to be in a big market if they wanted to build a brand. But there's a leadership void in their front office right now and the notion that a player has to be in LA, New York or Chicago to get the marketing and ad deals just really doesn't hold water anymore.

I do agree that they have a couple nice young pieces to work with and their future is brighter than it was a couple years ago, but the days of LA being the heavy favorites to land every big fish free agent are long gone.

Im an NBA bandwagon fan, don't really have one right now, thought I would like the Cavs more this past season but just never really enjoyed watching them play.

Haha if only I had a team to root for I would understand the greatness of Julius Randle.

So if I read from post 241 on in this thread correctly. Julius Randle all of the sudden grew two more inches, became an athletic freak like Chris Webber, while simultaneously becoming one of the least athletic PF of all time in Malone.

Randle is an undersized 4. Not saying he isn't a good player and can't get better, but I think we should hold off on the Webber and Malone comparisons until he actually does something in an NBA game that reminds us of one of those two. Also it can't be both, because they played entirely different games.

Going to be awkward for Portis in Chicago since he has a tweet in his past saying **** D Rose and the Bulls.

I'm skeptical, but if that's really the case, there is always room on the Bulls bandwagon....plus the Mayor.
