Well, the interest in recruiting seems increased, and the strategy seems to be more wide ranging, which is good.

I'd like to see the offense keep going as it has of course, while hopefully adding to defense and rebounding.

Also, I want him to keep the team focused and hungry. Don't care what the name on the front of the jersey says, step on their throat no matter who you're playing. Hearing Fizer talk about how focused the 2000 team was, I just didn't get that as much from last year's squad.

Fewer slow starts. Better box-out technique. Tighter on-ball defense by guards, and increase steals. Slightly less reliance on 3-point shooting (but keep aspect of multiple threats from deep regardless of position, the "hard-to-guard" motion offense). Win a Big 12 regular season title during "loaded" seasons. Go undefeated at Hilton for an entire season.

CFH was great for us, but he had a lot of flaws that went un-talked about.

And more focus on HS recruits. Call me old-fashioned, but watching ME or GN grow and mature throughout 4-5 years is more fun to me than a 1 year transfer.
