My "tell a girl you've never seen The Notebook and you have yourself a date" theory worked yet again over the weekend.

Honestly I have never seen the Notebook. But back in the day I batted a perfect 100% when watching Top Gun (of all movies) with females. For some reason it was like taking candy from a baby.

Smoke on the water always got me fired up. I'm going to miss it. Yes, I know I'm in the minority.
Glad I got this off my chest, you guys.

When in Disney this past week, I was waiting in line for a bathroom stall (one stall in the whole bathroom). There was a dude, apparently living in there, listening to Youtube videos and laughing. I was getting annoyed and there was a Chinese kid, maybe 10 or 11 years old, in front of me that was looking like he really needed to go. I knock on the door and say "C'mon buddy, people need to use the restroom."

I quickly checked outside and my daughter had come out of the girls' room and was waiting for me. I walked her back to where my wife was standing and then I returned to the bathroom. Meanwhile, Youtube guy had exited the stall and was exiting the bathroom. Youtube guy was about 6'6" 300 lbs and looks like he just did a stint in federal pen. The Chinese kid exits the stall and glares at me, apparently not a big fan of me leaving while this meathead came out of the stall.

I took this week off so I could study while my fiance is at work so I can figure out wtf you do for pension accounting without being interrupted by some wedding question I couldn't care less about.
Text from wife: "We're closing at 2:30 so I can come home early! Yay!"

God damnit.

Also have never seen the Notebook but I live with a bunch of males. I saw Top Gun back in the day and didn't like it, even then I thought Tom Cruise was an annoying midget.

how many do you have, Carver? And all boys? I've always thought it was 4-5 but realized I don't actually know!

All boys, yes. I try not to admit to the actual number here to avoid the ensuing ridicule. Let's just say a litter is accurate. Plus we had a couple of "loaner" boys staying with us for about four months while their mother was out of state, and even though they went back home about a week before Christmas, Santa still had socks for them here too. They have had a rough year.

Mark Charter is now secretly trying to sell your house out from under you.
