I think we just look at it differently fundamentally. I look at a recruit from the upside he has and I don't think Farniok would be as coveted if he has started playing football his junior year. Lack of exposure is a major factor with Jackson. Junior film is HUGE for coaches in recruiting and since it was Jacksons first year playing football ever I'm sure he didn't look that great. Especially when considering his competition is vastly better than Farnioks.

He may end up better but he is from Michigan and Harbaugh didn't offer. Michigan, Florida, Florida State and Stanford all wanted a kid from South Dakota that ended up being an All American. There's really no debate who the better prospect is now. Nobody can predict the future

I'm not sure that Diallo wasn't more than a prayer until the coach who was recruiting him no longer appeared to be our coach.

I get you are an Iowa State fan, but I don't understand why anyone would expect for that to be the case. I'm not sure that I can think of a single advantage Iowa State has over Iowa other than an opportunity for early playing time.

I like Alaric but he's going to the hawks and that's pretty much assured...that being said I would honestly rather have Dylan Powell. We need Guards something fierce and he would be a very solid pick up. RS his FR year and have 4 to play alongside Foster.

Who cares who Harbaugh offers? He might want a kid for a year, then decide he doesn't and cuts them loose two weeks before signing day. If Harbaugh came a recruiting my kid, I'd tell him to go away and take his **** somewhere else.

We have a fan base that will sell out even when the team is down...some players like support.
