Most of these suggestions are way worse than smoke in the water.

the amount of ******** about smoke on the water by adults on here is embarrassing.

Dear god, what a horrible thread of suggestions. Leave your hair metal at home.

People are going to hate this, but you won't beat this build. Maybe we could take the piano down a bit. The riff and the build are perfect.

After going through 5 pages of suggestions all I have to say is that a lot of people have some weird music tastes when it comes to intro or something that will "pump up the crowd." No to anything AC/DC or Metallica, too many people already do Enter Sandman or Thunderstruck so we'd just be another copycat on songs that are already overdone. The only one so far I could even get behind would be "Comin Thru" as no one else has anything like that and it has the type of intro and beat that you'd look for in an entrance song.

I honestly don't have any songs that come to mind at the moment to suggest but I think nearly all of the suggestions so far are actually worse than Smoke On The Water as far as an entrance song goes or not copying what someone else is already using.

Actually a typical white Iowa choice is just about every hard rock song in this thread.

I like acdc and some Metallica but none of their songs get the crowd involved. If that doesn't matter then bring in thunderstruck and move on.

If it does matter, then you need something with a beat. See non white Iowa guy choice.
