Just checked it at Sam's club the other day... yeah I don't like Costco either! It was borderline but still ok.

So you were that fatty in the blood pressure seat by the pharmacy dept blocking the aisle for me to get to the Trojan Magnum area.

Great questions. In my experience, it's the anti-bike crowd that's much more rigid in their position; I've yet to meet a cyclist who thinks that cars should be outright banned from roads, but there are plenty drivers (like our friend CRAZYGREG) who adopt the "no bikes, period" stance.

And...it's just weird. What's causing such hatred for people who don't even have the capability to inconveneince you that much? With the level of vitriol that some of these anti-bike people have, you'd think that a cyclist broke into their home, stole all their things, and shot their dog on the way out.

Serious.

Substitute in bicycles for cigarettes and it's pretty much how I envision the enmity.

You should petition your representative to change the traffic laws then. Cause right now, they're supposed to be on the road.
not on Grand ave in Ames. There's signs that say no biking in traffic. So where are the bikers supposed to ride on??? The side walk.

I can't believe that people don't understand the dangers of riding on a sidewalk. It's called a sidewalk for a reason and is not suitable for bikes in most cities.
