Is it because they did some dirty deeds? Done dirt cheap?

The best concert I ever attended was AC/DC. They really put on a show.

Saw them at Vets when I was in JR. high, around 1980, but before BJ. Went because I had an older buddy that had a car and beer. Rosie was the only tune I knew at the time. Back in Black came a year or two later and the rest is history. Still selling out arenas 35 years later, saw them for the umptenth time at Pepsi Center a couple years ago and they still had it.

Same thing with Rush. I guess Geddy will be next...

listening to sirius today they were speculating that they were going to continue doing the overseas portion of the tour w/ a replacement singer. Thoughts were they would grab someone to replace him and they speculated on who it could be realistically. My suggestion would be myles kennedy.

What do the outlet in your bedroom wall and the most overrated band in the history of the world have in common?

This coming from someone who probably has Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus posters all over his room!!:biglaugh::biglaugh:

I had heard the same thing. I've seen GNR a couple of times and AC/DC 7 times. I think it could work. Angus, has got to be about down touring anyway. My first album was Back in Black, talked my grandmother in to getting it for me for Christmas, cause my parents sure the hell wouldn't. Still have the album. You just can't imagine how great it sounded on Grandma's stereo system.

As CycloneFanatic's resident Angus Young, I'm not sure how I feel about the move. His voice seems like it would work, but it would just be weird having someone singing AC/DC songs that's sound is so connected to GNR. It would be one hell of a confusing show.

I'm guessing Scott Weiland wasn't available?
