Test drove a cherokee today. Really liked it - smooth ride and great interior. Not until after did I realize it was the same size as the cRV and escape, both which I consider "chick cars".
Does anyone here have a cherokee, do you like it, is it large enough for you, and is anyone else looking at one.
I have a large SUV now so I'm spoiled as far as size so I'm afraid to get a smaller car but my budget is only around 20kk.
This is why I park in the spaces far far away from the Jeeps and the store entrances. :twitcy:
I had a GC for around 4 years. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles (I travel for work and love going to CO). I will never forget the fact that I had it in the shop three times in the first two months of ownership. She ran great after that but at around 90k I started getting nervous. Ended up trading it in for a 4Runner. The Jeep was very easy to use and always said it would be great for someone who didn't know what they were doing (from an off-roading standpoint). I just wanted something a little more reliable...also a benefit that it doesn't depreciate as fast either![]()
I've got both a Jerp and a CRV both are great for different purposes.

A lot of people seem to be getting the Cherokee and the Grand Cherokee mixed up. They are not close to being the same.

One runs about $25k-$30k. The other runs about $35k-$60k (minus SRT). Completely different drivetrain, interiors, etc.
