I am in full holiday mode (apparently) eating and drinking like the world is going to end in 21 days or something. Think I'll have some ice cream.

Didn't do much yesterday due to jet lag and lack of sleep prior to trip. Did a full day of magic kingdom today.
Did Haunted Mansion and it's a small world..

Jet lag? It's a one hour time zone difference, bruddah! Just get out there and enjoy it!

Highlight of today was lunch at a place called chef Mickey's. A Buffett lunch and while eating you are greeted by Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofey and Pluto. We had with us a 7 year old, 4 year old, 3 year old and a 7 month old. Goofey came out first. Then I feel someone grab me from behind then a touch on the cheek. It was Minnie! Donald was next then Mickey and Pluto. Was so cool to see the reactions from my nephew and nieces. Got a solo picture with Mickey.

Decided today to stop shaving my chin and upper lip. Think that results in some sort of beard thingie. Also am weeks over due for a haircut. Was going to run over to St. Paul tomorrow for a Thanksgiving cut (even though I am not doing Thanksgiving) but of course it's going to snow. No drivie I-94 in the snow unless I REALLY have to...so maybe I'll skip getting the haircut and go for the full Capt. Sparrow look.

Husband just got sick about 40 minutes ago. He came home complaining of a stomachache, and went straight to bed. I was about to go wake him up, but heard him get up and go into the bathroom. Figured it had "worked its way through", but he never closed the door. Then I heard the puking. I'm sitting downstairs, cringing and feeling bad. He calls down, and I ask "Please tell me it made it all into the toilet..." "Ummm....no." Guess who had fun cleaning? And still being able to identify the Mexican food he had for lunch. Ugh. Luckily, I don't instantly get sick at the smell and/or sight. Doesn't mean I don't cough/gag/light matches to get rid of some of the smell. *sigh*
So pukey laundry about finished in washer, followed by a regular load of my work clothes I need tomorrow. And I'm probably sleeping on an uncomfortable couch tonight. Here's hoping it's food poisoning or just that it didn't settle right in his stomach.

I don't know why I tried it, but I cooked my 'cheap' salmon in the microwave last night. The edges dried out, but most of it tasted alright. Never doing it again.
