Yeah. Good news is that it's easier to accept losses like this if it turns into one when you can see how badly the teams are matched up.
Purdue is playing better than they actually are and we are playing worse than we actually are. I expect a hot Monte and Naz to led a big comeback in the second half.
Because we will play much better in the 2nd half. Purdue shot lights out and besides Matt, we couldn't hit anything. I am expecting a big comeback.
The problem with banning him (although I agree with it) is he takes pride in it. IIRC he said that the last time he was banned was a great day in his life.
If we end up getting beat down, which is entirely possible if we dont start making some shots, I blame everyone who was being such a d*** to that Purdue fan that came here.
Oh, and all those that said we were alot faster, its kind of different when you are facing a Big 10 champion instead of an 8th place Big East team like Notre Dame in 2013.

They way Purdue passes the ball around and are shooting, they would have a field day (even more so) vs. a zone.
I'm just not sure if I see ISU going on a run vs. this type of team.
ISU's been the slow team.
One way or the other, I'm going to try to enjoy this next 20 minutes. It's either going to be an epic comeback or the last time we get to see one of the great senior classes in ISU history.
Our D is porous but there's not a lot to do when they shoot like this and their high low is damn near unstoppable when Lurch can actually catch the ball.
