Naz looks like he did earlier in the season. He can't make his shots. Our 3 ball isn't there tonight. Hopefully, we can turn things around in the second half, but it isn't looking good.

We need to make some shots, I didn't expect to hold them to 20 in the first half, but I thought we'd score more. Not like we haven't given up points in the paint this season and still won.

If we end up getting beat down, which is entirely possible if we dont start making some shots, I blame everyone who was being such a d*** to that Purdue fan that came here.

Oh, and all those that said we were alot faster, its kind of different when you are facing a Big 10 champion instead of an 8th place Big East team like Notre Dame in 2013.

How hard are you rooting for your hoks tomorrow in the NIT? Eabd troll. Your Big 10 tattoo is lame as well.

We're getting beat at our own game right now by Purdue. They are playing faster than us, they are making way more 3's too. It's as ugly as it could possibly be, except for Matt of course.

I still feel like we can pull this out, but we have to start playing defense instead of constantly reaching, and on offense we have to MOVE and PASS the ball. Everyone is standing around and going 1 on 1.

I never should have poked fun of Haas earlier, he's hurting us. I can't see us playing worse than this in the 2nd half.

ISU- 44.8% in 1st half..... not bad
Purdue- 56.7% in 1st half.

Either they are on fire, or our D is terrible, making them look good.

Monte has been good but not great as he has been the past few weeks. Naz's shot and defense looks tired. Credit to Young for doing what he can, he's been getting shoved around quite a bit but he's battling. Matt is on fire, but there is only so much one person can do. Burton has been average.
Agreed. Solomon is doing quite well. He's well ahead of the curve as a freshman big. So excited for his future here

Everyone else has already said it, but I'll add to it. You can't win when you don't run any offense and the other team is shooting lights out. Cyclones are getting squashed.

They are playing to comfortable. Game is going exactly the way they planned. Need to do something to shake things up. Give then a different look. What that is I don't know.

If anyone can come back from this, it's the Cyclones. It'll make it that much sweeter when we win.

I agree, we can comeback; seems like we did get opportunities in 1H, but made some bonehead turnover. Like early season, we're having problems getting buckets in a half-curt set. Got nothing from Naz - does he have 3-fouls, or just 2 (thought I heard announcer say 3).
