If that's the case then it doesn't sound like he'll be back soon. But, might be a bit of a controversy If Zeb plays well and KK is fully recovered for the bowl game.
Controversy doesn’t really apply when it’s one game and between your backups, one of which is coming off an injury.

If Kempt is healthy enough to go, I’d use both. Maybe even Lanning. Noland can open things up for the offense. Kempt starts games well, and when deep in the red zone his arm weakness is negated. Lanning adds to the short yardage.

We've seen the last of Park. As long as KK is healthy he starts. This is a bowl team. If we are currently 4-6 then sure, throw Zeb in for the year. But if KK is healthy enough to play, he starts and leads us to the promised land. Love that Zeb got his shot today, and thought he looked promising, but our best chance to win is with Kempt IMO.

If we’re 4-6 the next two games matter a hell of a lot more than they do now so I don’t get your logic. It’s Zebs job now barring regression.

Why is this an argument? He did extremely well against Oklahoma State, got Montgomery to move the ball and just flat out made the offensive a better unit. Yes, this maybe just one game but looking at it right now, Kyle is hurt so Zeb is now the quarterback and he did a damn good job of that. we haven't scored that many points since the Oklahoma game.

May be in the minority at this point but I’m still rooting for Park to get his head on straight and be the guy next year. We spent the first 3 weeks of the season saying he’s the best QB in a decade. That said Zeb looked promising today as well, was not afraid to let it fly.

KK was sacked vs OSU on a 3rd down in the 1st half if memory serves me correctly. Possibly injured there. The announcers said that KK was playing in previous "weeks"(?) with a injury. Perhaps the staff kept that under rug. Would explain KK's inability to really push throws downfield.

I thought he played pretty well yesterday given the circumstances and at least gave the coaches something to think about for the last three games of the season if Kempt is dinged up but healthy enough to go.
I suppose it depends on what happens with Park, but they probably need to get an extended look at Zeb now so they have an idea of what the plan is at QB for next season. If Park doesn't come back then that's a very inexperienced QB room next fall with just Moore and Mitchell behind Zeb.

Dude was calm, poised and can make throws KK can't. If I'm Montgomery I'd vote to use Zeb, he makes the DB's play on their heels and that will open things up for running.
We probably have the best WR's in the B12, let's be sure we play the QB that can leverage them best.

I have always been a big fan of him. Some of those throws he made.. especially to Eaton and the play action to Murdock were FANTASTIC throws.

Really excited about his future. He can really sling it.

Honestly Oklahoma State has the best WRs in the big 12.
