Moved would be the better term. Now the engineering department is in process of going there. You know, move the designers 2 hours plus away from what they are actually building. They hired the Toro CEO who refused to move to forest city and has been making everyone else move there. I know a couple engineers who didn’t want to move so they are looking for other job stuff while the department shifts up there.

Same thing with Conagra. They hired a new CEO that wanted to stay in Chicago so he had them move most of the corporate stuff to Chicago leaving behind the massive Conagra complex in Omaha about 50% empty. I don't understand it.

How do people like asparagus that make it? I prefer either steamed or boiled, that’s it. If anything, slight bit of butter. My wife melts cheese on her’s, I wondered if she has some sconie blood in her. My mom used to make a version of asparagus/cheese soup, kinda like broccoli/cheese, that was fine but still prefer it plain.

Typically we do it in the oven with olive oil and seasoned salt. If I'm grilling it, I will make a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and grated parmesan cheese, let it marinade in that for about 20 minutes, then onto the grill. That mixture is good with green beans also.

sidebar, last week DH mentioned he was driving home and some car was pulled over and a lady was digging around in the ditch and he's like WTF. I'm like oh, probably looking for asparagus. He's like what does it even look like? DH, you grew up in the country, how you not know this???? So we went the same route and he showed me the spot. Sure enough, you could see the seeded out stuff. We used to chase people out of our ditch who were always trying to take our asparagus. They'd play the "I didn't know it was yours" game but it was literally 3 ft past where we stop mowing our yard, and right next to our calf hutches. It was in no way out of sight. In fact, it was in plain view from our living/dining room leading to lots of opening the front door "get off my lawn" style encounters, lol.

Next I'll find out DH doesn't know how to look for morels, either.

So people just go digging through ditches for aspargus? You guys have heard of gardens or the store right?

"What should we have to go with this steak tonight?"
"CG go down in the ditch and grab some asparagus."

The cabin my FIL is selling has a patch in the ditch in front. We noticed that it's in a spot where the deer hang out and once saw a deer peeing on the patch. I'd prefer that my own pee doesn't smell like deer pee scented asparagus.

If you eat poisonous mushrooms when you're undead, does it kill you and if it kills you when you're undead does that mean you come back to life?

Never tried it. A group of friends I was around once smoked it, we were outside so no contact buzz. It didn’t look like fun and it didn’t appear they were having a blast so I was convinced I never would.

I do like asparagus.

Trust me, if you saw this weather woman, when she turned sideways to give the forecast, there is no way you wouldn’t have noticed. It wasnt necessarily sexy, just looked like she shoved a six pack of socks in her bra. I had seen her before, but I questioned if she had gotten “enhancements”at that moment.

The vixen wraps it in foil with butter and garlic powder, and puts it on the grill. Not mushy, just a little snap to it. Then get ready for smelly pee for a couple days.
