If you actually think about it, these **** stains in college sports are getting paid a lot of money to save for lawyering up when the **** hits the fan which is funded by THE DONORS. You’ve created your own ducking monster and giving them money to get away with this ****!!!!

Stuff like this could happen anywhere. That said, if my first reaction to something like this happening at Iowa State is something like the following:

1. OMG SHES JUST FAKING IT AND WEAPONIZED 911AGAINST HIM
2. THERES NO PROOF URB KNEW ANYTHING

Anybody has permission to punch me in the balls at any point.

If that’s your first reaction, I don’t think you have the balls for anyone to punch. Metaphorically speaking.

I'm not saying it's excusable, but understandable. He made a mistake in trusting his friend. If like the above post he covered it up to protect the program he's a terrible person and should be terminated immediately.

It’s not excuseable. Every wife on that staff had the images. If he was such a lunatic they couldn’t show the pictures to him than that’s a crap culture which he is responsible for.

If they showed him the pictures and he cried fake news and whistled his way to work that’s something he’s responsible for.

That’s all stuff I’ve seen from OSU fans on Twitter today.

We kind of had one with bubu, do you remember your reaction? I will admit bubu's case is very far from the usual and most times it appears allegations turn out to be true.

In bubu's case it came out that the girl had fabricated evidence, so i don't think they're very comparable.

In what regard do we hold McCarney?

I don't think coaches are mandatory reporters.
According to Ohio state university policy he is; it’s in the link I posted.

Edit: or he has a mandatory duty to report knowledge of domestic violence by university employees. If you want to say he technically isn’t a “mandatory reporter,” fine

What are the chances we lose CMC at end of season?
I’m pretty confident that we won’t, assuming we don’t go to the playoffs this year. Ohio State is one of the best jobs in college football; they don’t need to grab an up and comer, they can take a proven winner from someplace else. Plus, Campbell’s so young that they might just save him for the next coaching search. If he’s still successful then they try to take him, and if he’s not then they’ve dodged a bullet

Hence the corruption in college athletics yet again. "There is nothing to see here.... let's all move along here". I don't care if he is a mandatory reporter or not both Urban, if he knew what happened, along with his wife, shouldn't they be morally obligated to reach out to her? Isn't he a man of faith? If I remember when he had his health issue at Florida, he was saying all this stuff about having faith in god etc. The guy will get what is coming to him if this comes out as true.

She reached out to Urban's wife and it seems like the trail stopped there. She did reach out for help and the system yet again did nothing for her at the time. Proud of her for standing up for doing what she is doing.

All good reasons why OSU wouldn’t go for Campbell posted previously but another one is the fan base/donor base would absolutely protest in the streets. These people are insane on a level that we can’t comprehend. Nebraska is only 1/4 of the insanity that is OSU football.

My text to a buddy (OSU alum): “urban out? what do you think about Matt Campbell?”

Buddy: “he will probably survive this. Who?”
I live in CBus too and OSU fans are crazy, but they still don't compare to the schools in the south.
