I didn't hate it, either. If I remembered that it was entirely different from the first season and suspended expectations, it was fine. It was pretty convoluted at points, and I kept getting people and names mixed up, but I thought the acting was decent, and it wasn't terrible.

Dont you two live together? I'm sure this convo was already shared on the couch after watching ;)

Quiet over there!

I think we did have it a couple of summers ago when it was on, you're right. I think I need to rewatch the whole series, though, as I'd forgotten much of each season when I was googling it yesterday.

I need to get watching the second season. With everyone ******** about it I never made it a priority. Now that I really only have GOT going on Sundays I might get this one started up soon.

I'm assuming the first two seasons are on HBO Go, but I'll have to go look soon. GOT is really my only show right now, too.

Hmm, potentially some kids are killed that seemingly gets solved, but isn't completely? There is a weird past and present thing going on there too. Also a potential ransom note detailing missing children? Also appears to be a family man that potentially tangles with another woman.

Sounds like there will be 3 time periods all covering and based around Mahershala's characters life in those times. I'd assume, before during and after the mystery. But could be a during, directly after, and in the future type set up.

Either way, it's got my interest.
