JP did absolutely NOTHING wrong yesterday, just drop it.

When was he supposed to move the game time up by 5 hours? You wouldn't do it the night before because you still don't have a very accurate forecast at that point. And can you imagine if you do it the morning of the game? Nightmare. So many fans would be furious.

The ONLY thing I'm still struggling with a little bit is the suspensions of the players counting. The players did receive some punishment yesterday by not spending the night with the team on Friday, no pregame meal with the team on Saturday, no Spirit Walk, no dressing for the game and running out of the tunnel, etc.

Is that enough punishment? That's hard to say, but who's to judge? Not any Iowa fans that's for sure. They were going to count games where the player was too injured to play in as their suspension game, so they'd all be hypocritical to say anything about this.

I want to actually win the Fulmer Cup next year, so I'm okay with leniency as far as the suspensions. *jimlad*

Your first mistake in this post is caring what Iowa fans think. If it's not suspended players playing they'd find some other reason to excuse a loss to us.

Not sure why nobody seems to care but I absolutely think we should get a ticket refund for a cancelled game even if the reason is legit.

It says right on the tickets "no refunds". Plus, the game actually started.

Seriously? Why you hating on Jamie, bro? Clearly, the only sane option is to build a domed stadium. Before the Oklahoma game.

It’s as easy as what we learned in PE class. So simple.

In Jamie’s words, it’s not the player’s fault the game was cancelled.

Taking them literally, they did say that they were suspended “for the first game”. That was the first game.

What I find more interesting is that it seems to apply to the four “indefinite” suspensions as well.

At this point, I'm guessing OP isn't even opening this thread after being shamed so hard.
