Games in september will almost always be scheduled at night, when we get a choice. Avoiding the hot weather and taking advantage of the few good tailgating dates we have most years is worth the extremely small risk of what happened last night.
Plenty of 11am and 2:30 games given to us by the tv people later in the year.
The people demanding a refund or thinking SDSU shouldnt get their check are equally laughable. Costs were incurred by both ISU and SDSU, even with the cancellation, and your ticket price paid for those, even if the game had to be cancelled. If you're lucky you'll get a free ticket to the replacement game if one is scheduled. It sucks, absolutely. I'm sure losing out on a large chunk of the concession revenue yesterday also sucked for ISU AD.
