Moon Man’s an APA which isn’t that far off from an IPA. There’s a pretty wide variety of IPA’s these days so if you like Moon Man I bet there are some IPA’s you would like too. Just sayin
I've ran in to some pale ales I like but every IPA I've tried has been to hoppy for my tastes. IPAs are a class of pale ales but use more hops in the brewing then pale ales.

Eh, lots of those dislikes came from people who knew he was trolling but they wanted to see how many dislikes he could rack up, so they contributed to the cause. So it's not really a 'Wow, you are the dumbest mofo on the internet' reaction from everyone. I had the honor of giving him #100 and it aroused me just a little bit, not gonna lie.

Or people like me who knew he was trolling but still think it’s a ******* stupid thread.

Apparently this is the coming out thread.

Not a fan of beer period (exception Stella and Paulaner's Oktoberfest). Would much rather drink vodka or rum.

German beers are lagers. Belgium beers are ales. The difference is in the yeast and they ferment differently, so I don't see how Belgium can be accused of stealing German recipes.
Generally true, but Stella Artois is an exception.

Stella Artois is a relatively new beer for Belgium (1926). Where the country's oldest Trappist brewery, Rochefort, was established in 1595. I would think Stella would be too new to be in the "did Belgium steal their recipes from Germany" debate.

having lived overseas there's nothing really special about beer any where (even brought back about 80 bottles of various brews). It's all beer. I sit typing this drinking a New Glarus Moon Man but have had Steel Reserve, Busch light, Bud/light, Blue Moon in the fridge the last month or 2. The best beer ever is always cold and free(Except PBR or most IPAs **** those).

Reinheitsgebot is an under-appreciated milestone in world history.

He is right that Busch Light is crap and I don't know why people choose to drink it unless you are a broke college student.
