When had we gone to 4 NCAA Tournament in a row before CFH? Perhaps CSP will eclipse that mark but that strikes me as new level of consistent success never seen before at Iowa State.

You think Fred is going to Nebby? I've heard conflicting things

Didn’t you always claim he was never going to coach in college again? I’m not sure you should be trusted on this topic. But I’m glad his propaganda worked on you!

Oh yeah I was told he would never ever coach college again when he left by someone who would have known. I think him failing in the NBA changed it all but I'm not sure. I don't follow the Windy City Bulls enough to have the connections I used to

This just has all the makings of an ex that cheats on you, and you got a new girlfriend that is great, but you just want the ex to be single forever because she dumped you.
Seems half the folk on here want to dump current girlfriend to get back the cheater so noone else can have her.
But the cheater is hotter.

As a T-wolves fan, I would hope the HC job certainly isn't offered to him.
Fred was a disaster in the front office there, and he was a disaster at Chicago (the team is playing harder now for a coach who demands it).
From what I understand, Hoibereg was actually pretty well thought of in the T-Wolves front office. I'd always heard that McHale was lazy.

If Bill Moos doesn’t land Fred Hoiberg as the next Nebraska basketball coach, will it be the equivalent of him not landing Scott Frost when Frost was the only guy Nebraska fans would have accepted?

There are a lot of things that need to go Nebraska’s way here and that includes your opinion on whether Bill Moos is a good athletic director. The odds are not in his favor.

So do a lot of coaches. Fred had a corner on the market then but times change.

Correct, however ISU still has a good reputation about being good for transfers. Hoiberg also has that reputation. I would expect Hoiberg back in the NCAA (at a non-blue blood school) might affect that area. I would expect Hoiberg to tap Indian Hills Community College for the good jucos that ISU historically got.

Agreed. The only time I think that may be acceptable is if the current coach announced their retirement.

Right, I should've been more specific. Also as when CPR was already told he was out.

He didn’t have a corner on it. There are more schools going after transfers, but also more transfers

We have three transfers starting, four in our top 8.

Nebraska had two transfer starters.

I don't know you but you run in excellent circles. I think both Charlie and Nate are incredible guys and if they trust you, you must be pretty decent as well.
