Is there any way I can place a wager on a random tweet from a guy that most people have never heard of?
Apparently this is the guy that broke the Scott Frost news first according to Corn jerker fans.Is there any way I can place a wager on a random tweet from a guy that most people have never heard of?

To all the ISU fans that are pissed off about this.
A) grow up and stop being petty
B) look on the bright side, this move hurts Iowa more than us. Plus we get to watch Fred beat Iowa 2-3 times a year.
From what I’ve been hearing from co workers this hiring pisses off Hoks fans more than Clones. I find pleasure in that.

True, I guess I’m just disappointed that people can’t wish success for a former alumni. Again I just find it childish and petty to wish failure on someone that revived our program and left to pursue a dream.I think everyone can feel how they want about it.

It isn’t petty to be frustrated and hold it against him. It is an ethical issue and if he goes to Nebraska I will lose respect for him. Part of the recruiting issue we were told when he was here is that he wouldn’t lie to recruits about staying here. He said he hated recruiting and loved the NBA game more. Those are valid issues and I can respect that. Him going to Nebraska invalidates a lot of those claims and therefore makes him look like a liar or that we were mislead about him. He is still the Mayor at this point. If he goes to Nebraska then he loses that pedestal IMO.To all the ISU fans that are pissed off about this.

Seeing that Prohm has pulled in the highest rated recruit seen at Iowa State. I’ll take our chances. Again that just the nature of the job too. Fred wasn’t the first and won’t be the last former coach we have recruiting battles with.We will see how you feel when he starts beating us out for key recruits
He will bolt for the next nba opportunity.Pretty indifferent to Fred at Nebraska. Not wanting him to fail, but not actively cheering for him either. Just kind of 'meh' for me.

I think he still hates recruiting. If anything he will probably hire assistants to handle that for him. It will be interesting if he is as successful at Nebby as he was here. The transfer portal isn’t a hidden pipeline anymore, and many coaches has adapted his spread it out offense that he help promote. It isn’t petty to be frustrated and hold it against him. I highly doubt Nebby cares. I’m pretty sure the same thing happened with Scott Frost. The AD isn’t exactly class with this move.all this rumor and Tim Miles is still the head coach of Neb. right? I'm not seeing he's been fired yet so how can they hire Fred yet?
