I believe a lot of these guys would rather go to the G-League rather than stay on a college team that's rebuilding. Rodney McGruder went G for a couple of years and on to play for Miami. You've had ISU guys develop there as well. Make some money and concentrate solely on hoops. I get that.

Some guys are going to have to go through the G League for a year or two no matter how they do in college. Might as well get started at it now instead of a year from now. I don't blame him for leaving; he's gotten what he can out of college hoops.
