Surprised to see this kids name hasn’t been tied anywhere yet.

I’d think Ku will be all over him if they need bodies.

Wish ISU would kick the tires, he’s better than some of the kids I’ve seen Cyclones tied to so far.

Are him and Prentiss friends...?

This would be a nuke going off. Not going to hold my breath, though.

I would love to see either playing for us. That would be sweet. I am just glad to start seeing our names connected with more guys. Wonder where we stand with Kira Lewis.

6'2" 170

That 41/100 from three is attractive, though.

I would have said pass if we had Horton-Tucker and Wigginton back, or even just one of them, but he might be useful as a bench gunner or practice body.

A 17.5 PER as a jump shooter is not too bad.

You act like the receiving school isn't getting power from this. TxT says hello. I can't imagine what's going on in the background.
dumb. Better get ready because in the not too distant future you could be looking at all transfers having immediate eligibility.

The Alabama basketball twitter had a post over the weekend highlighting Lewis as a leader of the team. Not sure that is anything other than a bone they're throwing him in the attempt to get him to stay though.

Edit- I was hoping to link it, but I can't find it now. Maybe it was an Alabama fan site or one of their other handles?

I've been out of this thread for a while. What is the wish list from fans at least?
Still in on two 2019 prep recruits, Caleb Grill and Clarence Nadolny. We would take either of them.

As for transfers, Kira Lewis (Bama) is way up there on fans' want list. Hopefully we try to grab Landers Nolley (Va Tech). We're one of ten in on Rayjon Tucker (Ark. Little Rock). Javan Johnson (Troy) is visiting ISU next month.

A very high majority of the time the "bigger" school is gaining advantage in a grad transfer situation. A school like ISU is more likely to receive the grad transfer than to lose him. Even in a non-grad transfer situation ISU usually comes out on top of a guy leaving. Who is the last guy to leave ISU and go to a better place? Wes Johnson? Maybe Clayton Custer only because of Loyola's Tournament run last year.

Chris Colvin ended up at Arizona State.

Jordan Railey ended up at Washington State.

Those might not be better programs, but they are (at least) high-majors.

They should all sit out a transfer year. That would put an end to the charade. I have a lot more respect for Mike Daum's choice than Mike Mooney. We shall see which benefited himself the most.

Very strange that they would write an article about the leader of the team who is looking to play for another team possibly. I would at least hope our writers on this site would wait till he made a decision if he was staying or going to call him the leader of the team. The question still remains which team.

Well, that seems like a you problem. I am sure Mooney is really heartbroken you don't respect his decision.
What do you mean who benefited himself the most? They probably each got what they wanted out of the situation. Daum wanted to stay and Mooney wanted a chance at something like this. Good for both of them.
