So, stuff from before 1951 that I will still watch again and enjoy or just have an appreciation of:

Casablanca (1942)

The John Ford/John Wayne cavalry trilogy movies, Fort Apache (1948), She Wore a Yellow Ribbon (1949) and Rio Grande (1950).

All Quiet on the Western Front (1930)

The Marx Brothers, Animal Crackers (1930) and Duck Soup (1933)

Wizard of Oz (1939) Grown to appreciate this movie more over time.

Growing up, I remember watching a few Jimmy Stewart movies with my mom and dad (It's a Wonderful Life, Rear Window, Vertigo, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance). Those will always be my favorite "classics." It's also why I think JS is the greatest actor of all time (Sorry, Denzel Washington, you do take a close second, however).
