I’m glad after much hand wringing during the off-season about what to do with the human turnstile Riley Reiff, Spielman decided to bring him back. That’s working out well.

I like Zim as a person and really wanted him to be successful but he’s shown he’s not the guy to get it done. He and the GM need to be gone after the season and the team needs to draft a QB.
I don't know how to feel about Spielman. His OL sucks and the DL stepped back a bit this year, but practically every other skill position is stocked good... Except two places: QB and OL. It's obvious to see what good he has done, but also obvious to see where his deficiencies are.

I’ve said this before: the front office and HC are the reasons why we were able to re-sign players like Rudolph, Diggs, Thielen and Barr. If they axe Zimmer and Spielman there will be a number of players requesting trades to leave.

I completely agree with you about moving on from Cousins. The Bears defense is pretty much set for the next 3-4 seasons and he struggled to manage 60 yards of total offense in 3 quarters. They gotta spend a first rounder on a QB in 2020.

I'm not sure the Vikes get to .500 playing like they have against teams with a pulse. Here's my prediction and I'm being pretty generous giving MIN every win against PHI, GB, CHI, and DET at home. This gets them to 9-7.

@ NYG (W)
vs PHI (W)
@ DET (L)
vs WAS (W)
@ KC (L)
@ DAL (L)
vs DEN (W)
@ SEA (L)
vs DET (W)
@ LAC (L)
vs GB (W)
vs CHI (W)

Sacked six times? No matter how good Bradbury is, I had an odd feeling that only adding a center in the draft wasn’t going to magically solve all of the OL’s problems.

At this point I’m almost to just fire em all and start over. Seriously, wtf was that. And I was dumb enough to watch the whole thing.

Watching the Saints, if we could get a do-over, I think I’d go with Teddy. He seems to be moving really well.

No way teddy was/is coming back. Our o line almost cost him his career once.

I seriously wonder if that 84 mil or whatever it was, was that high partly because cousins used the crappy o line as bargaining chip in his favor knowing he was gonna get killed. Hell, I would have.

Cousins is Exhibit A on why you don't do fully guaranteed contracts unless the guy is an unquestioned stud. Hopefully they can find someone else for next year.
