No doubt in my mind that we would out sell tickets over Texas, OSU and KSU if we played Notre Dame. The die-hard ND fans with our die-hard base would get a full stadium and probably an additional 5,000 people watching it on the nearest big screen outside the stadium. I'd predict ND as a 3 point favorite, but would expect we could win that matchup...

We would beat OSU and KSU but I think Texas would still outsell us. They have a massive nationwide fanbase.

I would think ND favored by at least 6 if not more.

Probably true! I was figuring that Texas is never satisfied unless their in a top-tier bowl game, and that would figure in the totals. Then again, Texas should be happy with any bowl game in recent years :D:D

Notre Dame would be... interesting. A lot are saying we have nothing to lose, but Notre Dame is no slouch. I think they'd handle us pretty easily assuming both teams bring their A game.

If Notre Dame wins, they'll be 11-2 against our... 7-6. Would be an odd match up for sure...

And Notre Dame would be a big enough brand to make that bowl game seem more premier.

That has more to do with the dumb ACC giving a non-conference member elite access to their bowl lineup and how bad the ACC is.

Since the stadium seems to be out all by itself where are peeps thinking of staying in Orlando? Thinking of booking a Friday/Monday or Tuesday flight.

Anything could happen, but we haven’t been easily handled for nearly 3 seasons, sans last year’s UT game.

I am guessing no one knows that. Lucked out in 2000 and booked a hotel in Phx and later found it was the Alumni Associations main digs which was nice since ton o Cyclones there.

It is usually public info.
