Damn, that looks like Omaha is getting the iowa/Illinois game. I'll be at the game but I still planned on DVRing the game.

I'm surprised by that. I figured with ISU being in Big 12 country that the ISU game would be on KETV and the Iowa game on ABC, that would be the most logical option to me.

If you look at the very bottom it says that the Iowa State Okie State is going to be carried on the dtv-2 channels. So bust out the rabbit ears and you should be able to get it.

Great coverage for the ISU game! If you're a prairie dog.

LOL - you outta see Denver; those pesky hairless rats are everywhere.

Thank goodness I get to watch us get rolled by 7 touchdowns.

Seriously, you folks back in Iowa; aren't you tired of this crap?

Iowa State finally gets on regional ABC vs a top 10 team in the marquee time slot, and the entire state of IA instead has to watch a bunch of mediocre Big 11, semi-literate, ex-reform school meat-heads who can't execute a bubble screen trying to qualify for the Ortega "It Makes My Taco PoP" Bowl.

You now the ole saying "Every Dog Has His Day"........when in the Sam~Hill is our day ever gonna come?

I appreciate being picked up by ABC for the exposure(maybe not so much for this game) but I will say that I groan every time we play on ABC regional as there is no way for me to get the game without coughing up extra cash. Time warner cable internet does not support espn360.com... (I'm not complaining too much though as I do have almost 100 HD channels on cable, including Versus and as of a couple days ago, the lil11 network. Weird thing is that we are only getting the HD lil 11 network, the regular channel is not provided)

I don't know if this is correct or not, but I think an easy way to do it is to bypass the cablebox (eeek!, no DVR) and plug directly into the tv. Most HDTV tuners will find the extra channels.

Bunny ears usually won't do it. You need an HD antenna and depending on where you live, probably an amplified antenna, to get over-the-air digital broadcasts. Also make sure you're searching for antenna (not cable) channels and for both analog & digital channels. Some tv's default to "analog only" when searching for antenna signals.

Something like one of these:

Terk - Indoor Amplified HDTV Antenna - HDTVA

RCA - Amplified Indoor Off-Air HDTV Antenna - ANT1251

So dumb that we get Florida State at Georgia Tech on ESPN and not us.

I hope 5.2 works. The game is going to be in HD so will 5.2 OTA be HD?

i did get it to work through bunny ears, however its better if i connect it directly up to the satellite which someone may have been referring to. I dont think my local ABC 2 is HD

According to a previous thread on this board, the fewer people that see this game, the better, so this is great.

I wonder who the prairie dogs will be cheering for...I doubt that Cowboys or Cyclones do them any favors...
