Only tells part of the story. For example, that last drive they failed a third down conversion, but picked up enough yards to justify going for it on 4th (which they converted and got 3 points out of).
Right, that goes as a missed 3rd down conversion, but they got 13 1/2 in 3rd and 14.

It has to be frustrating being one of our 3 DL and getting double teamed all night long. That has to wear you out big time going up against 600 lbs of guys on every play by yourself.
Not at all. It’s a badge of pride.

They aren’t locked in there with OU’s OL. OU’s OL is locked in there with THEM!!

Wherever I go, there I am.
You guys need to get over this... it was a pretty accurate spot. Unfortunately we threw him forward when we tackled him. We shouldn't have allowed him to get 13 yds on 3rd and 14.... that's the problem, not the spot.
Horrible spots on multiple occasions tonight. That CAN and SHOULD be commented upon. It isn't an excuse. It is a fact of life that ISU must oevrcome.

What on earth was Purdy thinking throwing that ball to Akers there? Good thing Akers immediately went into defensive mode to eliminate the interception.

Purdy continuing to throw jump balls into double coverage. C'mon Brock! Now an overthrow. Put in Dekkers or something..... geez.
