The best part is that wasn't a win where the team played a perfect game. There is still a lot of improvement for this team

So much props to this team and staff. A lot of us including me have been critical of Manning and heacock at times. They really stepped it up in the 2nd half.
Thread reads like a foxhole to me, and most of these mother ******* stuck it out to the end.

Young really hawked Rattler on that play. Love to see that from a freshman. Making the easy play.
The only negative from the game is Iowa State needs to pick up the full back on the goal line. Re-watching the highlights, OU's fullback got 2 easy touchdowns.
Campbell seems to recruit running backs like Prohm recruits point guard. He's recruited/developed elite talent going back to Hunt with Toledo. Hall seems special and Ken finally looking healthy had one of the key plays with his kick return.
I’m hoping that doesn’t become a trend for the defense. KState loves that kind of play too.
Rose got hung up on a rub route by OU's tight end. He was out of position to start the play, so it took him completely out of the play, at least on the second TD.
The first time the safety #4 was covering him and he was 3 steps late. It's a tough play, but is something to look out for .
It is so hard to stop because you are expecting the run. The fullback fakes blocks and the QB play-actions it, it's an easy touchdown.
Ya Azunna gets caught out of position in the pass game, but he is really good against the run in the open field.
I think there is a real case to be made. Bailey, Uwazurike, McDonald is basically unblockable on obvious pass downs. Bailey, Uwazurike, Petersen is really solid starting front 3. Then you have the other Bailey, Lee, Bankston subbing. It's really solid.
It's great for passing downs but they do get exposed a bit on running plays. OU was able to break a couple of big run plays. A lot of that was Rattler showing signs of greatness and others was the OU running backs breaking some tackles.
I just imagine the drummer dies after playing this
