I REALLY hope this is sarcasim...

Why? Moser would have said no and made more money staying at Loyola. The Fred ship sailed, some still haven't realized that and need to move on... It's not healthy nor does it look good for those who are still holding out hope.. Beilein is 70 years old. He would have wanted a fortune and definetly isn't lookig for a 2-22 rebuild at this stage in his life... Motta failed a physical and is relagated to a David Hobbs, support coaching role at Inidiana because of it

Funny thing is, the right guy can rebuild a program VERY fast in MBB. Even a total rebuild like at ISU...with the transfers being immediately eligible, all you need are a few really good players and surround them with role players and you're competitive. That's pretty much what TJ has done. I don't expect us to be a bubble team, but just being competitive and winning a few games is a huge improvement.

Someone help me out, but this has to be DRobs son right?? 6’7” high school freshman doing that? That could be intriguing for the future.

We’re going nuts over a 6’7” kid who can dribble unguarded toward the basket and dunk?
I don’t believe anyone is going nuts. I saw that video that DRob quoted on Twitter and thought I’d ask the question whether that was his son. He’s only 14 years old and he’s already 6’7”. I thought it was intriguing.

I think we should all take a second to appreciate the early returns TJ and the staff has gotten 1 month in.
Things were looking pretty bleak Friday night after JCL announce he was transferring.

Getting the trio Hunter (recommit), Kalcheur, and Grill and now Lipsey has changed the outlook on the program 180 degrees. There were early questions but I think now we are seeing the plan and focus on MW recruiting OTZ first talked about not just coach speak and more importantly he is accomplishing it.

TJ wanted to bring the Magic back to Hilton and this far has delivered. I am very excited what the staff will do with the last 2 scholarships and can't wait for the games to start.

Wonder if the staff has reached out to Brakefield at all seeing as he is from Wisconsin? Didn't have a good Freshman season at Duke but could just need some time to develop.
