CMC and the boys apparently think it may be another RB. Kid is a big back with some wheels. Built a lot like David was in HS

The kid has nothing but FCS teams offers other than the Iowa State one. I'm guessing this is a case of love his game so offer him and see if he is still a take later. He is super under the radar right now.

Any other targets remaining, or any decision dated we’re waiting on? Seems like we’ve gotten most of our targets for now. I know Orange/Thomas at DT still out there. Hutchinson at Safety, there was a CB we were warm on too.

EDIT: oh yeah, Idris Williams. What’s the story on him? What position would he be projecting as?

Williams profiles at the exact same spot as Jeremiah Cooper, free safety. He also hasn’t visited. In other words, despite some 247 analyst marking him as “warm”, don’t hold your breath.

Every position is basically on hold now. No more scheduled commits, no more expected commits. That probably won’t change much for quite a while. Not unless a player(/players) chooses to leave the team between now and the start of the semester…which I think is unlikely.

Norton's offer came yesterday, the timing indicates he's obviously a take right now.

My understanding is that Cartevious Norton broke his collarbone in last Fall’s first game. He was able to return for the last couple of games. So most of his runs (on his video highlights) were with a barely healed collarbone while wearing a brace.

Loved how he'd float down the LOS then plant a foot and he was gone. Reminded me of the Olympic Rugby players.

Not really. Considering he wouldn’t make an OV now until after the season starts, he isn’t likely to commit any time soon. Matter of fact, that may well be a conditional offer.

The offer went out directly after we took a runningback. Plus we're already at our alleged limit of 18. Absolutely no reason to make a conditional offer at that point. He's a big back and Brock the only other big back we'll have his RFR year is Brock who will be a senior. He's a take right now.

Y’know, if your username ended in Twins instead of Force, I’d take your word on that. Instead, it’s just surmise. Just like my own.

You could be right. We’ll see what we shall see.

You don't offer this late with the class almost full and make it conditional. If he was to snap up the offer right now because it's his only P5 one, I'm 100 percent positive we would take him on the spot.
